Caroline De Becker
I am a PhD student in the NCCR Evolving Language task Transitivity (Work Package Events) led by Balthasar Bickel, John Mansfield, and Sabine Stoll working on event cognition and argument realization. For my thesis, I want to find out how events (“who does what to whom”) are perceived by primates and how humans communicate about these. To do this, I will focus on language acquisition, as well as cross-linguistic differences.
